Every employee goes through a screening process, starting with the application.   We determine whether or not the employee can follow directions and pass a basic aptitude test and given a short interview to determine their communication level.

At Tower, we have a strict no-call/no-show policy. Once an employee has no-called/no-showed for an assignment, they are immediately terminated.
