Tower Staffing, Inc-Substance Abuse Policy

Tower Staffing,Inc, Inc. has a policy regarding drug and alcohol abuse. All associates are required to report to work free of alcohol, drugs or the misuse of any medication. Associates are expected to discourage fellow employees from violating this policy and are expected to cooperate in Tower Staffing,Inc's efforts to maintain a drug free/alcohol free workplace. Employees are also expected to cooperate in any investigation of the violation of this policy. Presence, use, possession, marketing, selling, distribution, dispensation, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or other controlled substances or the misuse of medication on Tower Staffing,Inc, Inc. property or on the property of any company the associate is placed at is strictly prohibited.

As a condition of employment, all employees agree to abide by the terms of this policy. Refusing to submit to an alcohol or drug test will result in immediate termination of employment. • This prohibition against harassment applies to all employees, including supervisors
and managers, as well as visitors and other non-employees.
